To keep our employees fit and healthy, Zumba Fitness offers a very competitive benefits package. Full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week are eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.

Zumba Fitness cares about the personal financial health of every employee, which is why we offer a 401k Plan with a Market Leader. This plan is free of cost, and will help you save and invest responsibly for retirement. Employees are eligible to particpate in the 401k Plan on the 1st of the month following 90 days of employment. Match on contribution is vested 100% immediately. Employees can also open a Flexible Spending Account to save tax dollars on their estimated yearly medical and dependent care expenses. These accounts can be managed with ease by using a special debit card provided by our carrier.
